Returns and Exchanges

All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched to customers. Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition please contact us immediately.

If you want to return a garment, the items should be returned, unworn and unwashed, within 14 days.
Items should be returned in their original packaging to ensure they are adequately protected in transit.

Exchanges

I will exchange for a different size or fabric, based on stock availability, if you ship the item back in it’s original condition.
Please note all return shipping costs will be at your expense.
Shipping on the replacement item due to a manufacturing fault will be at my expense, but if you are based outside Australia you may need to pay duties and taxes on this.

If you wish to make an exchange, please be sure you contact Le Smock via email or phone, within seven days of receiving your order.

Returns

Returns will be accepted when the item is faulty, I will not accept returns for ‘change of mind.’
Faulty goods
Each garment is inspected thoroughly before it is sent to the purchaser.
Goods are classified as faulty if they were received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within six months of purchase. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
Where possible, I will offer to repair faulty items. You will receive a full refund if the item cannot be repaired or replaced.

Shipping.

Le Smock is located in Sydney, Australia.
We ship your purchase to you using Australia Post’s regular parcel post. Shipping will automatically be calculated and added to your item at checkout.

If your purchase is a gift, and you would like it shipped to a different address, mention this in the “notes to seller” at checkout.
